No Returns Policy
We do not accept returns for any products once they have been sold. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before confirming the purchase. If you have any doubts or need assistance before placing an order, our customer support team will be happy to help.
Exchange Policy
While returns are not allowed, we do offer exchanges under specific conditions.
1. Customers can request an exchange within 10 days from the date of delivery.
2. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
3. Exchange requests will only be entertained for sizing issues, color mismatches, or defective items received.
Used Products Are Not Eligible for Exchange
To maintain hygiene and quality standards, used or worn products will not be accepted for exchange. If any product shows signs of usage, it will not qualify for an exchange under any circumstances.
Mandatory Purchase & Product Tags
For an exchange to be processed, the original purchase tag and product tag must be attached to the item. Any product without these essential tags will be deemed ineligible for an exchange.
Unboxing Video Requirement
To ensure transparency and avoid any discrepancies, we require customers to provide an unboxing video of the product at the time of delivery. The video must:
1. Be clear and unedited.
2. Show the package being opened from its sealed condition.
3. Display any damage or defects (if applicable) for verification purposes.
Failure to provide an unboxing video may result in the exchange request being declined.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer support team within 10 days of receiving the product.
2. Provide your order details, reason for exchange, and the required unboxing video.
3. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
4. Once approved, the item must be shipped back to us within 3 business days at the customer’s expense.
5. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
1. Personalized or customized products.
2. Products purchased during a clearance sale or promotional event.
3. Items without an unboxing video or missing purchase tags.
